A topsoil compost blend ideal for seeding or basic lawn repair.  Organic matter is locally sourced. This product does contain clay from native local soil, so there may be clumps or “clay balls” especially in wet conditions.  Apply a balanced fertilizer at the rate recommended on the bag for the crop to be grown.
